• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information (if applicable).

3. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship only to countries where peptide research use is legal.

• Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes in some regions—please provide a valid street address.

• It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct; Pure Peptide Labs is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect information.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

• You can use the tracking number to monitor your package until delivery.

5. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

• Free shipping promotions may be available from time to time; terms will be specified during the promotion.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

• For lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement if necessary.
